intervention child/elder protection services, abuse prevention) as specified by the uS Attorney General. These are services that are deemed necessary for the protection of life or safety.
- Short-term, in-kind emergency disaster relief.
- WIC, school meals, child nutrition programs, and elderly nutrition.
